Thirty thousand dollars raised at the Wells For Life GALA, held last Saturday June 6th 2009. Money raised were from tickets and raffle sale, individual donations and sponsorship. Pledges from Tanzania in cash and in kind were also sent. Various companies in Tanzania pledge with materials for building of wells included, plastic pipes, cement, building materials, plastics water tanks .

A big success indeed.
